This company is awesome! My phone calls were answered and messages returned promptly, and the price charged for my repair was very reasonable. They give a military discount, which is also nice. The technician, Tanner, was right on time and called to let me know he was on the way. The young man could not have been any nicer, and had my garage door up and running again in no time. Thank y’all!

The most professional individual who explain his service in layman's terms. I would recommend him to anyone, he went above and beyond to ensure my questions were answered. Definitely and asset to Red Mountain Garage Door. I will be recommending this company to family and friends.

Information regarding door was very helpful. Stevie exemplified excellent customer service skills. His knowledge of service that I needed assisted me making a decision as to what was needed in order to make my garage door operational.

He came and helped explain the problem which I luckily was able to resolve without full knowledge.

While I’m bummed we needed repair services in general, Carl was great. We’re in good hands with him and look forward to a working garage door again
