The marketing person and the service person were excellent. I wouldn’t use any other.

Dale was kind and courteous. He offered to try and repair my old damaged door, even though I knew it was time to replace it. He wasn’t pushy to replace it. He called to give me an estimated time of arrival. He did all the things that make a reputable company.

Sam did a phenomenal job, he communicated very well, I work during the day but my mother in law watches my daughter at home. He contacted me when he was on his way, even called me when he got there, he was very informative and professional about his job and got it done in a timely fashion! Would highly recommend this company! Thanks for the great job Sam! Keep it up!

The garage door would not completely close. Stevie, checked the photo sensors, re-aligned them, and repaired the problem. It just took a few minutes! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Great people with great training. That’s the reason Red Mountain will be the company we’ll choose for any problem or when it’s time to replace the entire system. Thank you!

It was my lucky day… I called Red Mountain Garage Doors and they had a tech available and he was at my house in an hour. Jason had everything he needed on his van to complete my request for a keypad.
Jason is the kind of person you want to work at your house…. He was knowledgeable and kind. Jason was patient and made sure I understood how to use my new equipment.
I am very appreciative of Jason and Red Mountain Garage Doors!
